Hi, I'm Alura, a clinical mental health counselor dedicated to supporting children, adolescents, and adults through life's challenges. My clients typically seek help for depression, anxiety, trauma, stress-related issues, school conflicts, and family challenges. In my practice, I strive to create a warm and safe environment where you can openly and freely express yourself.

When working with children and adolescents, I incorporate meaningful activities such as painting, drawing, music, body movement, and breathing exercises. These activities are designed to enhance autonomy, communication skills, and emotional intelligence. For all my clients, I use a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to meet individual needs.

My Motivation and Journey

My passion for helping others stems from my own experience as a teenager when I faced similar challenges. A therapist helped me view the world differently, believe in myself, and make changes towards a stable life. Inspired by this, I set a goal to make a difference in at least one person's life through therapy. Whether I've achieved this or not, I hope the seeds I plant in my clients' lives will grow and flourish.
